What is a Brite-Mat Product?
The ‘Brite’ brand is a range of products which utilise special patented technology, alongside an in-mould labelling technique, to create long lasting promotional products with brilliant photo reproduction capabilities. The Brite-Mat range is made from up to 99.5% recycled materials, which is all manufactured in the UK at a nil-to-landfill factory.
Our Brite-Mat Products, being UK made, are not shipped halfway around the world! Using digital printing technology allows for a full coloured design to be replicated on the products without extortionate decoration fees. Our Brite-Mat range are optimised for both Optical & Mechanical Mice, which creates much more accutate tracking with all types of mouse. They are durable and hard wearing, meaning they will serve as a long life promotional gift. They put your message on your customer's desk, next to their computer where buying decisions are made. Daily repeat exposure of your brand helps to cement your comapny in your client's memory.

Are Brite-Mat mouse mats eco-friendly?
The Brite-Mat Mouse Mats and Coasters are made from up to 99.5% recycled materials. They made in Blackpool, Lancashire in a nil-to-landfill factory. Being a UK manufactured product, they have not incurred the "green miles" from beeing shipped in from the far east. They are roustly made and have a long useful life. At the moment they are not suitable for standard plastic recycling schemes.
Do you sell other mouse mats and coasters?

Is there a limit to what can be printed on a Brite-Mat?
With our custom mouse mats, we can achieve an edge to edge full colour digital print. As long as it fits in the print area anything can be reproduced as a spot colour, Litho or CMYK digital print.
Is there a minimum order quantity for Brite-Mats?
The minimum order for Brite-Mats Mouse Mat is 100 and for our promotional Brite-Mat Coasters, the minimum order is 250. Given all the work that goes into the setup of the printing and assembly, it isn't financially cost-effective to produce them in smaller print runs.
Do you only deliver to the UK?
We deliver free to most areas of the UK mainland and we export these UK manufactured products as well. A list of export countries and off-shore carriage prices is available at the checkout. Please also see our Shipping and Payment page.

What do you charge for delivery?
Postage and carriage is free to one UK mainland address, when you order online. UK mainland covers England, Scotland and Wales but not Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands.
Please contact us if you’re not sure where you fit in. Anywhere outside our ‘free carriage’ area will be charged the lowest possible rate to ensure that the order is as cost-effective for you as possible. Export is also available and many popular Countries can be added at the Checkout. If your Country is not listed, please Contact Us, with your full delivery address, for an export carriage quotation.
Why do you advertise prices as 'ex VAT' until you get to the Checkout?
The vast majority of our clients come from the trade, so it is industry standard practice to initially quote without VAT, for business to business transactions. Most companies are able to claim their VAT back if they're registered in the UK or in the EEC. We promote the "ex. VAT" figure, but make it clear in the price matrix that VAT is extra for those who will also be incurring this cost. We cannot sell goods without charging VAT unless you have an exemption, e.g. an EU VAT number or exports outside the EEC.
Can we pay by credit or debit card over the telephone?
YES we accept credit cards and debit cards by telephone. Please order online for the best prices, free delivery* and speed of service. We have limited capacity to take telephone orders, therefore if you wish to pay by phone, free carriage will not be offered.
*Free delivery to the area defined by our carriers on the map at our checkout.
Are my credit card details safe?
Brite-MatMouseMat.co.uk has full merchant status for secure credit card transactions over the telephone and via the internet (Telephone Order Line 01772 429111). For our online payments we use SagePay and PayPal. SagePay are one of the most respected on-line credit card clearing companies in the world, and employ state of the art security measures. BlankKeyrings.co.uk does not store your credit card details at any time. Both SagePay and PayPal are authorised and regulated in the UK by the FSA.

How quickly can you deliver?
If you have a deadline, please tell us as soon as you first order or enquire. Our standard quotes are based around a turnaround of 10 to 15 working days from the day you approve the proof.
Due to current sfae working practices it is not possible to offer Express Handling services and delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
What is your privacy policy?
Any information submitted to ourselves through this website WILL NOT BE SHARED with any other commercial partners, other than that necessary for the fulfillment of any order placed with us. We will only collect personal information from you (such as name, address, telephone number, email address etc) which you have provided voluntarily to us, either by ordering, completing registration or enquiry forms or sending emails to us. Please do not submit your personal data to us if you do not wish us to collect it.

Our Brite-Mat Mouse are UK manufactured and made from 100% recycled plastics, plus recycled paper image and special lamination.
Our Mousemats are optimised for both Optical & Mechanical Mice, which creates perfect tracking with all types of mouse.
These printed mouse mats have stunning colour reproduction, using Pantone spot colours on a 240 x 190 mm print area or 200mm diameter.
These mouse mats are a long life promotion, due to it being a tough, wipe clean, solid mat.
How do you clean a mousemat?
The Brite-Mat range of personalised mouse mats and promotional coasters are designed to be wiped clean on both sides with a clean damp cloth. Care should be taken to avoid contact with cleaning chemicals and please avoid immersion in water.
Are mouse mats still used?
The simple answer is yes! Mouse mats were originally designed to provide a textured surface that the rubber ball on older mice could grip on to. We may not use rubber-ball mouse anymore, but similar principles still apply. Modern laser optical mice need a textured surface to detect movement and track accurately. Our printed mouse mats have been specially designed to offer the best possible mouse control. This is perfect for anyone doing detailed design work, graphics or with the need to click in small boxes or radio buttons.
How long do personalised mouse mats last?
As with all of our products in the custom mouse mats range, Brite-Mat mouse pads are rigid, durable and well-constructed. They can last for many years with careful use!
